WPChatPro offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Certain subscription plans may include a 30-day free trial.
If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.
After the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin according to the applicable pricing unless cancelled beforehand.
Upon purchasing an active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WPChatPro according to your subscription plan.
The software is licensed, not sold.
Ownership of all intellectual property remains with WPForge Labs LLC.
Active subscriptions include access to software updates, bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and security patches during the subscription period.
Expired subscriptions may lose access to future updates and premium support.
Premium support is available for customers with an active subscription.
Support is provided through our official support channels during normal business operations.
We strive to respond promptly but do not guarantee specific response times.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer or modify the software except where permitted by law
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share license keys
Use the software for unlawful purposes
Attempt to bypass licensing or security mechanisms
Interfere with the operation of our services
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your license.
WPChatPro, including its software, branding, documentation, graphics, and website content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred through your subscription.
WPChatPro may integrate with third-party services, plugins, or payment providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.
WPChatPro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While we strive to provide reliable software, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every environment, or that the software will be completely error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WPForge Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use WPChatPro.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPForge Labs LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the software or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any modifications will become effective upon publication on this page.
Continued use of WPChatPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
