This End User License Agreement (“License Agreement”) governs the use of the WPChatPro software (“Software”) provided by WPForge Labs LLC.
By downloading, installing, or using WPChatPro, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.
Upon purchasing an active subscription, WPForge Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use WPChatPro in accordance with your selected subscription plan.
This license permits you to use the Software only on the number of websites allowed under your active subscription.
WPChatPro is licensed, not sold.
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, source code, documentation, graphics, and branding, remain the exclusive property of WPForge Labs LLC.
This License Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software.
You may:
Install the Software on websites covered by your license.
Use the Software for personal or commercial WordPress websites.
Receive updates during an active subscription.
Receive technical support while your subscription remains active.
You may not:
Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software.
Share your license key with unauthorized users.
Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software except where permitted by applicable law.
Circumvent licensing or security mechanisms.
Use the Software in any unlawful manner.
Customers with an active subscription receive:
Plugin updates
Security patches
Bug fixes
Compatibility improvements
New feature releases
Access to updates ends when your subscription expires unless renewed.
Premium technical support is available only to customers with an active subscription.
Support is provided through our official support channels and documentation.
Your license may be suspended or terminated if:
You violate this License Agreement.
You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
You attempt to bypass licensing systems.
You distribute unauthorized copies of the Software.
Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue use of the Software and destroy any unauthorized copies.
WPChatPro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While we continuously improve our Software, we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or be compatible with every hosting environment, theme, or third-party plugin.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPForge Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for your current subscription.
This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
WPForge Labs LLC reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time.
Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Continued use of WPChatPro constitutes acceptance of the revised License Agreement.
