You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior payments unless required by law or stated in this policy.
If you are not satisfied with WPChatPro, contact us within 30 days of your first paid purchase to request a refund.
Refunds may be denied for abuse, repeated purchases and refund requests, violation of our terms, or requests made outside the refund window.
Email support@wpchatpro.com with your order email, license key, and reason for the request.
